Materials and processes

We have production experience with PA66-GF50, PA66-GF30, PEI, PBT, PPS, PES, PEEK and optical-grade COP. For PA66 we have several qualified sources, including China-made grades that can lower cost and shorten supply lines. RoHS, REACH and halogen-free grades are used when a customer requires them.

Precision insert molding and overmolding of metal parts is a core skill, for parts such as connector frames and sensor housings.
